House Rules
-Dolphin House is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Clearwater Beach. We observe strict "quiet hours" after 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors (and a noise ordinance is enforced by the City). We ask that you respect the neighbors by keeping music to a reasonable volume during the day, and refraining from any music/loud noise in the evenings.
-Once a booking is made you will receive a link with a few questions that will auto-populate our electronic Rental Agreement for you to esign. Once we receive the fully signed Rental Agreement then your dates will be reserved. The Rental Agreement must be signed within 7 days.
-Upon your arrival, you will be provided a limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and dishwashing and hand soap. If you run out of these items during your stay you may purchase such additional items as you may need. You should also bring your own personal toiletries.
