Heated POOL- 99 Steps to BEACH- Coastal Upper Unit
ClearwaterOur Upper unit features an open kitchen and dining area, flooded with natural light by all of the surrounding windows. There is a nice outdoor balcony off of the front, with a high table, chairs, and a lounger. The two spacious bedrooms (each with a Queen bed) also have a tub/shower bathroom in between. The shared Heated Pool is just downstairs with a shared outdoor area with tons of seating. Beach towels and chairs included! Best of all, the beach is just a few houses down.

House Rules
-Our Property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Clearwater Beach. We observe strict "quiet hours" after 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors (and a noise ordinance is enforced by the City). We ask that you respect the neighbors by keeping music to a reasonable volume during the day, and refraining from any music/loud noise in the evenings.
-Once a booking is made you will be emailed a Rental Agreement for you to sign and return it to us electronically within one week of booking. Once we receive the fully signed Rental Agreement then your dates will be reserved.
-Upon your arrival you will be provided a limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and dish washing hand soap. If you run out of these items during your stay you may purchase such additional items as you may need. You should also bring your own personal toiletries.
-Property features a security cameras, outdoors, at the entrance.
