House Rules

-Absolutely no loud music or large speakers. Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Clearwater Beach. We observe strict "quiet hours" after 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors (and a noise ordinance is enforced by the City). We ask that you respect the neighbors by keeping music to a reasonable volume during the day, and refraining from any music/loud noise in the evenings.

-Once a booking is made you will be emailed a Rental Agreement for you to sign and return it to us electronically within one week of booking. Once we receive the fully signed Rental Agreement then your dates will be reserved.

-Upon your arrival you will be provided a limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and dish washing hand soap. If you run out of these items during your stay you may purchase such additional items as you may need. You should also bring your own personal toiletries.

The space
Upon entering the home you are greeted with the first large Family Room. Two french doors lead from the Family Room to a brand new covered Screened-in Porch area for eating meals and lounging. Adjoining the Family Room is a large dining room (seating for 8) and an open kitchen. The bedrooms have great separation and privacy:
Bedroom 1- King bed
Bedroom 2- Queen bunk bed (with Twin up top) plus a Full bed (with a twin trundle below)
Bedroom 1 and 2 share a totally renovated spacious bathroom.

On the other side of the house there is a SECOND Family Room which has double doors that can close off the entire wing from the rest of the house.

Bedroom 3- King bed with attached en-suite Bath

The split plan can allow multiple families or friends to maintain a bit more privacy than would normally be offered. There is access to the fenced backyard from each of the two living wings. Quiet hours strictly enforced from 10pm-7am.

Additional notes
The home sits in a quiet residential neighborhood, and is surrounded by other non-rental homes. We request that you respect the neighborhood, by adhering to the city's quiet hours (10pm to 8am). The city may impose fines for breaking the noise ordinance. The property may not be used to host events or parties.
Guest interaction
Contactless check-in and check-out via Smart Locks. Code will be generated and provided at 3pm on day of check-in and will deactivate at 10am on day of check-out. I am available via the platform, if needed during the stay.
Neighborhood overview
Just north of the main drag of Clearwater Beach sits a quiet residential area called "North Beach". North Beach features multiple accesses to both the beach and to the intercoastal. Parking is not permitted on the streets, but the home should provide ample parking during your stay. Because there is no public parking, even in the busiest of the season, the North Beach Beaches remain relatively uncrowded. Just one block to the east is the intercostal waterways, which is perfect for watching beautiful sunrises or going fishing. There is also a gated neighborhood beach access a few blocks to the west.
Getting around
The neighborhood features many active routes for biking, jogging, walking. There is parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway. Uber/Lyft into town usually runs around $5 and takes 3-4 minutes. Biking into town can take about 10-15 minutes, and walking can take 30 minutes.
