'Sea Breeze' is a beautiful Southern home where you will enjoy a relaxing and memorable vacation with your loved ones! The Key-West-style house is situated in the upscale, tranquil neighborhood of Carlouel, just a minute stroll from the private beach access. Enjoy the Sunstate's beach life with its sugar-white sandy beaches and the clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico! It's not unusual to see the dolphins as they are swimming by!
'Sea Breeze' offers everything you need for a relaxed and fun family vacation. The house has a heated pool with a spill-over spa and a fabulous outdoor grilling area. Three different patios and a water-view balcony guarantee cozy hours for reading, chatting or playing games. Enjoy total privacy, behind our picket fenced lawns, with lovely tropical landscaping. Take a dip - day or night, in our gorgeous, heated swimming pool & spa! Early evening, perhaps a glass of wine in hand, you may want to stroll to the beach gate to witness the famous flaming sunsets as they melt into the ocean. If you look to enjoy Florida's beach life at its best, away from the noise & crowds of highly populated resorts, this is your spot!
'Sea Breeze' is the perfect place for families, family reunions and couple retreats. The house has two master suites and two standard bedrooms. In one of the master suites there is a king bed and a twin size bed with trundle. In the other there is a king bed and a queen sized sofa sleeper. In each regular bedroom there are two twin beds. A portable crib is available. Our bedrooms and bath suites are individually off in separate areas of our home guaranteeing privacy to our guests. 'Sea Breeze' can host 10 to maximum 12 people.
Carlouel - is an up-scale, safe residential neighborhood that welcomes families and couples. It is not suitable for 'spring breakers' or any group that wants an environment that allows loud parties.
The area of Clearwater offers an astonishing diversity of leisure activities. If you enjoy sports you might want to try out the numerous jogging, skating, biking, golfing, hiking, swimming, surfing, tennis or fitness opportunities. In Florida's state parks and on the breathtaking beaches you will experience the beauty and serenity of nature. Several theme parks guarantee fun for the whole family and the diversity of the many restaurants in the area will surprise you. From casual to upscale dining, from local and national to international cuisine - you will find it all!
Our online reservation calendar is always up-to-date. Please view the calendar to see if your dates are available. If your ideal dates are not available, feel free to contact us and ask to be put on a stand-by list, in case your week opens up.
Check-in is 4:00pm or later; check-out is promptly at 10:00am to leave time for cleaning crew.
We will be happy to answer all of your questions. When booking directly on our website please include information on the ages and number of people in your party to help us make a quick decision on your request.
COVID-19
Pinellas County is open for short term vacation rentals with guidelines that we are following in full.
We take the safety of our guest and cleaning staff extremely seriously. Our cleaning crews are using sanitizer and disinfectant on all surfaces before your arrival and as cleaning is taking longer than previously it is unlikely that we can offer early check-ins or late checkouts. Our houses have well equipped kitchens and we believe that separate units are the best option for vacationing in the time of Covid-19.
Florida is seeing an increase in cases at the moment and we stress the importance of guests taking travel insurance that would cover them in the event that they no longer want to travel to Florida. In the event that the administration halts vacation rentals we would of course refund guests as we could no longer accept them. We have to stress that after two months of cancellations and re-bookings we will not be able to offer refunds if Clearwater Beach remains open for vacation rentals but guests decide not to travel.

House Rules
We are happy to have you as our guests and hope you enjoy your stay at 'Sea Breeze'! However, we ask you to help by respecting and caring for our home and observing our House Rules.
1. NO SMOKING in the home at any time. If you smoke outside please put all butts in the container and not around the yard.
2. Please do NOT sit on the couch, beds, or chairs with wet clothing, or with lotion, oil, sand or chlorine on your skin.
3. Please wipe your sandy or wet feet before walking in the house.
4. Do NOT dispose of sanitary towels, tampons, Kleenex, paper towels, baby diapers in the toilets - take to garbage! We will have to charge you the plumbing costs.
5. Please keep the house clean and tidy during your stay.
6. The pool and spa are heated. Please remember to turn the spa heater 'OFF' when you are done using it. The pool and spa are serviced twice a week.
7. Please do NOT take glass of any kind in the pool, spa or patio deck. If glass breaks in the pool or patio deck, you or the next guests can cut themselves.
8. Non swimmers are required to wear a life west in the pool & spa. Children are to be supervised by the tenants at all times in the pool area.
9. Please clean up outside grill area after using to avoid attracting bugs.
10. Garbage pickup and recycle day is on Thursdays. Garbage and trash must be bagged and placed in the appropriate trash container (large black container located outside). Place the container on the curb with the black arrow facing the street, on late Wednesdays (not before 7pm) as pick up is early A.M. the next morning. Remove container from street back to the property on the same day as collection. Recycling is encouraged; please use the blue bin located outside for it. Don't put any garbage bags in the recycling container!
11. Clearwater Beach is a barrier island; during a storm, the electricity may go out for short periods of time. This is normal. There are flashlights in the house. We ask that children do not use them as toys so that the batteries will be fresh in case you need to use the lights.
12. We know accidents happen, so if you or a guest breaks something or causes any damage, please be honest and notify us immediately of any damage, breakage or malfunction.
13. There is NO parking on the street or the grass. You are not permitted to have more than 4 passenger vehicles parked at the property and all vehicles must be parked within the property's gate. Please lock your cars.
14. We accept one small dog (under 25lbs). Some exceptions may be made please contact owner. All Dogs must be on a leash AT ALL TIMES when outside of the house. Clean up after your pet, both on and off property.
15. Please be courteous to the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum. There is no loud noise permitted after dusk on the island.
16. Please turn off the overhead porch lights when you are retiring for the night.

17. The Lead booker for Sea Breeze must be over 28 years of age and present during the dates of the rental period.
